Do you want to work out and NOT be sore the next day? Well apparently that’s exactly how you should be working out.

You might be thinking but my trainer tells me No Pain No Gain, right? well i’m no personal trainer and I don’t completely understand how all the systems work hand in hand to build muscle but what this guy has to say was pretty interesting.

It goes into the concept of consistency over intensity. He has some good points and as much as I want to believe it, I’m going to go in slightly skeptical. I want to experiment and test it for myself. I’m also going to do more research on resistance, repetitions and rest periods for best muscle development.

Once I do more research and experimentation with my own workouts, I’ll write up a new blog post and link it here with my results.
